Midwife

Julia was born and raised in Germany and found her calling in midwifery at the age of sixteen. After starting her midwifery training in 2004 and completing her education in 2007, she moved to Dublin, Ireland and worked at a busy maternity university hospital. In 2011, Julia travelled to Australia where she met her husband. Together, they have two beautiful children.

Julia joined the maternity team at Figtree Private Hospital, now Wollongong Private Hospital in 2014 and became a part of Dr. Kothari’s team from 2021 Julia is deeply passionate about supporting women and their families throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal period.

Her commitment to providing evidence-based care and education ensures that women have the best possible experience.
